Effective 8 October 2026. These terms govern your use of vikashkhanal.in and of Vee Trade Finance OS at app.vikashkhanal.in, including its Secretarial workspace (together, the “service”). The service is provided by Vikash Khanal, Delhi NCR, India (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them for that organisation.
1. The service
- Website: free calculators, guides, templates and regulatory updates for general information.
- Finance OS: software for recording and organising finance, tax and compliance work, including a compliance tracker, meetings and minutes, resolutions, statutory registers and links to documents kept in your own Google Drive.
- Features may change. Free and beta features are provided as available, and we may end a beta with reasonable notice.
2. Not professional advice
Due dates, rule summaries, drafts (notices, minutes, resolutions) and calculator results are working aids prepared from the law and regulators' publications as we understand them on the date shown. They are not legal, tax, accounting or secretarial advice, and they are not a certificate under any law. Items marked verify rest on points that are not settled. You remain responsible for checking every filing, date and amount against the Act, the rules and the official portal, and for what you file, sign or certify. We do not file anything with any regulator for you.
3. Accounts and organisations
- Keep your sign-in details confidential and switch on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The owner of an organisation controls who joins it and what role each member has. A member's access ends when the owner removes them.
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
4. Your data
- Data you enter, and documents in your Google Drive, remain yours or your organisation's. You give us permission to host and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- You confirm that you have the right, and any consent the law requires, to enter information about other people (for example directors, shareholders or employees) into the service.
- You can export your data from the app, or ask us for an export, while your account is open. When an organisation is closed, we delete its data as set out in the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not break the law with it, upload malware, try to reach another organisation's data, probe or overload the system, resell access without our written agreement, or use it to store content you have no right to hold.
6. Third-party services
Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft 365 and other connected services are governed by their own terms. If a connected service changes or stops, the related feature may stop working. We are not responsible for content you keep in those services.
7. Fees
The Secretarial workspace is free during the beta. Paid plans, when introduced, will be shown in the app with their price and terms before you are charged. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
8. Availability and liability
- We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important records. Documents in your Google Drive stay with you regardless.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, interest, late fees or loss arising from a filing, date or amount you did not check. Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period, or ₹10,000 where the service was free.
- Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Please write to us first. Most issues can be settled quickly.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified in the app. Questions: connect@vikashkhanal.in.
