- Built a multi-currency Foreign Remittance Working framework (USD/EUR/GBP/CHF) covering 14 foreign vendors, with ORM–BOE allocation matrices and FX P&L tracking, ensuring RBI/FEMA compliance and timely IDPMS/EDPMS reconciliation.
- Reconciled an IDIS Bill-of-Entry settlement report of 250+ records across three currencies; traced a USD import-payment shortfall to a single vendor, enabling a clean bank submission.
- Prepared consolidated financial statements and tax computation for FY 2025-26 after eliminating inter-branch revenue; corrected a cash-flow misstatement involving a double-counted share-application inflow and an unrecorded share-issue expense.
- Managed import and customs documentation through JNPT / Nhava Sheva; maintained fixed-asset and WDV depreciation schedules (FY18–FY25), an insurance policy register and periodic Fund Position Statements.
- Drove direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS) and supported statutory audit.
- Leading the finance workstream for the company's proposed SME IPO: restated financial statements for three years, the MD&A section of the DRHP, ratio variance analysis, the tax shelter statement and projections supporting the working-capital object.
- Close the books each month and at year-end, and prepare audit-ready schedules and reconciliations.
- Prepared government and GeM tender documentation, and supported the company's conversion from private to public limited.
