What I do
I am Finance Manager at an Indian sports infrastructure company that builds synthetic turfs, athletic tracks and courts for government and private clients. The company is GST-registered in 13 states and imports much of its material, so my desk covers trade finance and bank guarantees, RBI and FEMA compliance (IDPMS and EDPMS reconciliation), GST and TDS across states, statutory audit support, fixed assets, government tender submissions and multi-entity reporting.
Most of what I write here comes from closing real files: matching years of remittances against bills of entry, answering GST scrutiny notices paragraph by paragraph, moving TDS to the Income-tax Act 2025 payment codes, and restating accounts so they hold up in an SME IPO offer document.

How the tools and guides are made
- Every calculator states the rule it applies and the date it was last checked. Rules come from the Act, the rules, the regulator's circular or the official portal, linked on the page.
- Where a point rests on a secondary source or sources disagree, the page marks it verify instead of presenting it as settled. Anything not yet law is marked proposed.
- Calculators run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server.
- Regulator updates come from the official RBI and SEBI feeds and MCA's own notification lists.
- I am not a chartered accountant or company secretary, and nothing here is professional advice. Attest work and certifications should come from a practising CA or CS.
